Denise has graciously accepted the challenge of selling our furnished home/B&B when other real estate agents in the area would not. She has gone the extra mile in taking the time to do in-depth research in handling our specialized property. We look forward and have faith in Denise to bring in a buyer soon.

Denise was great, we lived 4 hours away so she worked with our availability listened to us every step of the way, and adjusted her search parameters based on our feedback until we found our little piece of heaven on the Lake. She has continued to be a friend and help us with any local needs even after the sale.

The first was more interested in selling their company properties, the second seemed uninterested, and the third was impossible to get up with. Not only was Ms. Allen always looking for ways to create interest in my home, she was in constant contact with me. She had more showings on my home than the other 3 total together!
